Each piece centers on four constants: a vintage violin as the voice of the composition, antique pocket watches from around the world representing time, a red rose encased in resin symbolizing passion, and a photograph anchoring each piece in place. Inspired by Paris’s rich artistic history—where composers like Frédéric Chopin performed in intimate salons—at the heart of each work is Procaccini’s black-and-white photograph of the Eiffel Tower, evoking the tonal tradition of Ansel Adams. These elements together remind us that while time moves forward, art, music, and passion keep moments alive.”
